Welcome back to Twitter. My own take on Twitter is you have to be disciplined about how you use it, when and why. I&#039;ve been somewhat pragmatic about who I follow, and have tried to keep it contained to a small number. 

I like following people who have someone interesting or insightful to say, which means people who talk about what they had for lunch or how they had to take care of their sick dog don&#039;t do it for me. :)</description>
